Workshops
Since beginning my journey in Expressive Arts Therapy in 2023, I’ve designed and led workshops that empower educators and education researchers to explore collective trauma and racial identity. By integrating therapeutic tools from Expressive Arts Therapy, these sessions fostered deeper understanding and expression of emotions and diverse identities, and promoted meaningful dialogues about difficult topics in educational spaces.
